About the Role We are seeking a talented Senior Specialist, English Content Development to join our team in Qatar. This role is ideal for a native English-speaking storyteller who can seamlessly move between corporate communications and creative concept development, producing compelling content that informs, inspires, and engages diverse audiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing high-quality content across a range of platforms and formats, from executive communications and annual reports to brand narratives, campaign concepts, video scripts, and project naming exercises. They will also serve as a trusted editor and proofreader, ensuring all content meets the highest standards of accuracy, clarity, and impact. What You’ll Do Develop and write a wide range of content, including: Website copy Annual reports and corporate publications Marketing and campaign materials Internal and external communications Lead creative content development, including: Naming and positioning new initiatives and projects Campaign and storytelling concepts Video scripts Master of Ceremonies (MC) scripts and event content Edit, proofread, and refine content produced by internal teams and external partners. Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and strategic objectives. Translate complex information into clear, engaging, audience-focused narratives. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising competing requests while consistently meeting deadlines. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality content solutions. What You’ll Need Native English speaker with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Minimum 5 years of professional experience in content development, copywriting, communications, journalism, or a related field.
