We’re looking for a sharp and proactive S enior Specialist, Food Safety and Quality to lead the charge in keeping our operations across our Nordic foodora markets ( Sweden and Norway ) safe, compliant, and efficient. From managing food safety programs to handling permits for regulated products like tobacco, pharmacy, and alcohol, this role puts you at the heart of it all. You’ll be the bridge between our business and regulatory bodies, ensuring that standards aren’t just met—they’re exceeded. Your Mission Ensure that store operations are compliant with local regulations and company policies in terms of food safety and regulated products Implement HACCP plans, SOPs, and food safety protocols Manage product recalls, investigate complaints and food poisonings Monitor and manage permits and licenses for regulated products, including tobacco, pharmacy products, alcohol, and other controlled items Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. Be a hands on role model for the compliance culture in store Be the POC for local authorities We are looking for a true foodorian who enjoys working in a fast paced environment and dares to go further. To thrive in this role we believe that you have strong problem- solving abilities and enjoy taking on new challenges. If you also have a hands- on approach you will come far in this role! Since you will be in contact with many different internal and external stakeholders, your communication skills will be crucial to achieve results. Note: This position requires flexibility and frequent traveling in Sweden and Norway.
