JOB PURPOSE: Execute technical studies and strategic projects in alignment with the company's objectives. Provide expert analysis and recommendations to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of technical initiatives. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in technical methodologies and practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability. Develop and maintain technical expertise to address complex challenges and opportunities. Represent the organization in technical forums and contribute to the development of industry best practices. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Job Specific: • Lead the execution of technical studies and strategic projects to support organizational objectives. • Develop and implement innovative technical solutions to address complex challenges. • Provide expert analysis and recommendations to guide decision-making processes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. • Monitor and evaluate the performance of technical initiatives to ensure desired outcomes. • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all technical activities. • Foster a culture of safety, sustainability, and continuous improvement in technical operations. • Represent the organization in technical forums and contribute to the development of industry standards. • Develop and maintain technical expertise to address emerging trends and opportunities. • Prepare and present technical reports and documentation to stakeholders. • Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical capabilities. • Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical projects and initiatives. • Lead the implementation of approved policies, processes, systems, and standards to support technical operations. • Develop and monitor budgets and operational plans to ensure efficient resource utilization. • Foster innovation and continuous improvement to enhance technical methodologies and practices. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all technical activities. • Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor and achieve technical objectives. • Support the development of organizational structures and talent pipelines to meet business needs. • Encourage a culture of collaboration, motivation, and professional growth within the team. • Prepare and present management reports to provide insights and recommendations for decisionmaking. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Promote the adoption of new technologies and best practices to drive operational excellence. • Ensure the availability of adequate resources and tools to support technical operations. • Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals. Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures · Implement approved Function/ Division/ Department/ Section policies, processes, systems, standards and procedures in order to support execution of the work programs in line with Company and International standards. Performance Management · Contribute to the achievement of the approved Performance Objectives for the Function/
