About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Supervisor - Housekeeping to join Jumeirah Saadiyat Island . The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Oversee daily housekeeping operations across assigned areas, ensuring compliance with Jumeirah standards. Supervise and guide Housekeeping Supervisors and Team Leaders, ensuring effective delegation and performance. Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness and maintenance standards. Manage inventory and control usage of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring cost efficiency. Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure timely room readiness and address maintenance issues. Handle escalated guest complaints professionally and implement corrective actions promptly. Support the Housekeeping Manager in scheduling, training programs, and performance appraisals for the team. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards, including HACCP and hotel policies. About You: The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: High School Diploma A bachelor’s degree in hospitality or any other relevant field. 3–5 years total experience, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
