## Description

G42 is a technology holding group and a global leader in creating visionary artificial intelligence for a better tomorrow. Born in Abu Dhabi and operating worldwide across industries, G42 is on a mission to build the Intelligence Grid for the AI-native societies of today and tomorrow. From molecular biology to space exploration and everything in between, G42 realizes exponential possibilities today. Overview: G42 Americas is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for Non-Tech business to bring senior corporate and commercial leaders into the business. This is a senior individual-contributor role for someone who can advise executives, uncover talent beyond the obvious networks, and personally turn an initial conversation into a successful hire. The Opportunity You will recruit across functions such as Finance, Legal and Compliance, Human Resources, Strategy, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships. Your focus will be non-technical leadership, with search priorities shaped by business needs. The challenge goes beyond filling roles. You will introduce G42 Americas to US executives who may not know us yet, explain the opportunity in terms that matter to them, and earn their interest through credible conversations. Success requires resourcefulness, business fluency, and the ability to build relationships without depending on a familiar employer name. You deliver leaders against agreed business needs, develop trusted executive relationships, and leave each search with stronger market knowledge and a better-connected talent pipeline. Hiring managers value your advice, candidates understand the opportunity, and the recruiting process becomes more effective as the business grows. This is a hybrid role, with half of your working time spent in our Bellevue, Washington office at Lincoln Square North. Responsibilities: Own the search. Take executive assignments from the initial business discussion through research, outreach, interviews, references, offer negotiation, and acceptance. Stay close to the details rather than simply coordinating the process. Define what the business needs. Work with hiring leaders to clarify the outcomes a new executive must deliver, the experience that matters, and where the search can remain flexible. Find talent others might miss. Map relevant companies and functions, approach passive candidates directly, and develop referral relationships across industries. Build connections ahead of immediate hiring needs. Make the opportunity relevant. Tailor your approach to each executive’s ambitions and concerns. Partner with Marketing, Communications, and Human Resources on clear recruiting messages, using approved information and distinguishing business plans from confirmed commitments. Guide better decisions. Bring hiring leaders a grounded view of the market, candid feedback on candidate fit, and practical options when requirements or expectations need to change. Build confidence on both sides. Use structured, role-related assessments and thoughtful references. Keep candidates informed, protect confidentiality, and help interview teams reach clear, evidence-based decisions. Bring searches to a close. Understand candidate priorities early, anticipate obstacles, and work with hiring leaders and Total Rewards on offers that balance candidate expectations with business needs. Build a stronger recruiting practice. Maintain useful talent intelligence, monitor search progress and candidate feedback, and improve how work gets done. Use approved research and AI-enabled tools responsibly; manage external search partners when needed. Qualifications: 10+ years in recruiting or executive search, including substantial personal ownership of Director, Vice President, or equivalent leadership searches. A record of hiring senior leaders across multiple corporate or commercial functions, with strong knowledge of the US executive talent market. Experience winning candidate interest for a less-established employer, a new business, or
