Salesforce is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Solution Engineer Specialist to join our team in Dublin, supporting Small and Medium Business customers. This role sits at the intersection of digital marketing strategy and technology, acting as a trusted advisor who architects unified data strategies using Data360 to power personalized customer engagement across the full digital marketing portfolio, spanning Agentforce Marketing Solutions for AI-driven, agentic customer communications. This includes and is not limited to Marketing Cloud Next for omnichannel journeys, Salesforce Personalization for real-time offer and content decisioning, Marketing Intelligence for cross-channel analytics, and Salesforce Loyalty for developing and building trusted long-term customer relationships. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about technology, a creative problem solver, and a compelling storyteller who understands the power of data. Your Impact: Take on complex business challenges, using research and business assessment to define problems, generate ideas, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable next steps. Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to develop comprehensive solutions and customer roadmaps for Agentforce Marketing and Data 360 and how they enable customers to create hyper-personalized customer experiences. Required Skills & Experience: Candidates must already be authorised to work in Switzerland and hold a valid Swiss work permit where required. 8+ years of enterprise architecture or technical consulting experience, including 4+ years leading Salesforce implementation projects. Experience delivering technology solutions for pharmaceutical, biotechnology or medical technology organisations, with knowledge of one or more areas such as commercial engagement, medical affairs, patient services or clinical operations.
