About the role As our Senior Technical Programme Manager, MCT, you'll lead complex enterprise technology programmes from inception through delivery and value realisation. You'll bring clarity to competing priorities, connect work across teams and help senior leaders make informed decisions. Through influence rather than direct authority, you'll create the alignment and accountability needed to turn ambitious plans into meaningful outcomes. Required Qualifications Led enterprise technology programmes across multiple product teams and functions, from inception through delivery and value realisation Identified material gaps or architectural misalignment across integrated technology programmes and mobilised the relevant specialists Engaged Director and Vice President stakeholders independently to frame programme trade-offs and secure decisions Built executive governance that clarified programme goals, ownership, milestones, finances, risks and dependencies Preferred Qualifications Led strategic technology programmes in retail, commerce, store or consumer environments Applied product operating models across strategic technology programmes involving Product, Engineering and Business teams Framed programme trade-offs and decision options for Director and Vice President stakeholders Managed vendors and implementation partners across strategic technology programmes What you'll build Programme structures that turn strategic goals into clear outcomes, milestones and accountabilities Shared direction across Product, Engineering, Business and market teams Decision frameworks that make trade-offs, dependencies and delivery risks visible Governance that keeps programme finances, milestones and outcomes connected Effective escalation paths that help teams resolve complex delivery and architectural challenges If you've worked in a role where you led complex programmes without relying on direct authority, you'll feel at home here. Technical Programme Managers share patterns and lessons, build trust across teams and connect Product, Engineering and Business partners. You'll communicate clearly, facilitate decisions and stay proactive and resilient when priorities shift. Our hybrid rhythm includes at least three office days each week in Copenhagen. What success looks like You'll navigate ambiguity, surface material gaps and create momentum across interconnected work. Over the next 12 to 18 months, you'll strengthen programme leadership while supporting the team's priorities.
