Peak Readiness is the cross-Devices Q4 Peak program covering service scaling, resiliency testing, operational readiness campaigns, and coordinated game days across hundreds of services, using AI to scale beyond manual coordination and automate execution. DS2 owns the platform layer beneath every Kindle, Echo, Fire TV, and Fire Tablet sold worldwide. We own device identity, registration, OTA updates, telemetry, cloud-to-device messaging, and lifecycle management for hundreds of millions of devices. As the horizontal organization across the Devices portfolio, DS2 also leads flagship programs spanning multiple product lines, including infrastructure optimization and efficiency, next-gen authentication implementations, and software regulatory compliance.
