Working at Wells Fargo | Jobs and Careers at Wells Fargo (wellsfargojobs.com) In this role, you will: Lead in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area and contribute to large-scale planning related to functional area deliverables Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors Resolve moderately complex issues and lead a Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements Collaborate and consult with Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services peers, colleagues, and middle level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals Lead Wealth Management Banking - Professional Services projects and teams, or serve as a mentor for less experienced individuals This SAFE position has customer contact and job duties which may include the offering/negotiating of terms and/or taking an application for a dwelling secured transaction. As such, this position requires compliance with the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and all related regulations.
