What we’re looking for We’re looking for an experienced sales and telecommunications professional to develop international partnerships and help grow our Wholesale Voice and A2P SMS services. What You’ll Be Doing Promote and sell international Voice and A2P SMS services to operators and aggregators in Romania and abroad. Identify business opportunities and build relationships with existing and prospective partners. Negotiate and manage commercial contracts and interconnection agreements. Coordinate the assessment, implementation and launch of tailored services in collaboration with internal teams. Manage commercial relationships with operators that may also act as customers, suppliers and competitors. Handle commercial queries and disputes, working with relevant departments to find solutions. Monitor the market and commercial performance, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Prepare and maintain reports, customer records and contract documentation. What you need to know/have At least 3 years’ experience telecommunications, including at least 2 years in international sales of Wholesale Voice and A2P SMS services. Key Account Management experience; experience working with Tier 1 fixed-line and mobile operators is an advantage. A university degree, preferably in economics, business or finance. Strong mathematical and logical thinking, with excellent numerical skills. Advanced Romanian and English; additional languages are an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including in intercultural settings. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with traffic management systems is an advantage. A highly organised, results- and customer-focused approach, with initiative and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, including when quick decisions are needed.
