What the day will look like As a ServiceNow Developer, you will engage with business customers and technical teams to understand their needs. You will develop effective ServiceNow solutions, with an initial focus on the Business Continuity Management module. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Gathering, analysing and detailing business requirements and translating them into functional and technical ServiceNow solutions. Configuring and developing solutions within the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, Flow Designer, forms, business rules, client scripts, integrations and reports. Supporting the full implementation lifecycle, including solution build, development, validation, release and user acceptance testing. Providing production support, solving issues and implementing improvements to existing ServiceNow solutions. Working closely with global teams and partners to ensure solutions follow ServiceNow standards and governance. Preparing detailed user guides and supporting knowledge transfer to users and other teams. How this opportunity is different This role offers you the chance to combine hands-on ServiceNow development with business analysis and collaborator engagement. You will work across the implementation lifecycle, from understanding business requirements and crafting solutions through configuration, testing, deployment and ongoing improvement. The role initially focuses on ServiceNow Business Continuity Management and offers opportunities to work with partners and engineering groups across the globe. This is a great opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow professional who enjoys solving business problems through technology. The role involves taking ownership of solutions from initial requirements to deployment and support. Skills and experience that will lead to success Around 4–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, particularly in ServiceNow development and/or administration. Experience developing ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, workflows/Flow Designer, business rules, client scripts and integrations. Good understanding of ITSM and ServiceNow platform architecture. Experience with ServiceNow Business Continuity Management or related resilience solutions would be an advantage. Strong partner management, analytical and interpersonal skills, with experience interpreting business requirements to develop effective technical solutions. Experience working in Agile delivery environments and collaborating effectively with international teams, with proficient English. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
