Job Description: The Services Engineering Supportability & Automation Program Manager represents Support Services Delivery in driving technical supportability, serviceability, telemetry, automation, and customer experience requirements into HPE offerings. This role leads complex, cross-functional Services Engineering programs and AI initiatives that improve product support, operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer outcomes. The successful candidate is a recognized program management and technical subject matter expert who can influence senior stakeholders, lead global teams, navigate complex business environments, and deliver results across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Enablement, and Business Units. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement processes, operating models, and roles and responsibilities for product supportability and serviceability within Support Services Delivery. Partner with Delivery Readiness, Operations, Engineering, Enablement, Product Management, and Business Units to identify, prioritize, and implement supportability and serviceability requirements. Lead technical discussions and cross-functional initiatives that improve product support, service delivery processes, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Drive strategic programs focused on cost optimization, automation, telemetry, data, and artificial intelligence. Translate business and customer needs into actionable technical requirements and measurable program outcomes. Manage senior stakeholder relationships and represent Support Services Delivery in internal and external engagements. Lead global internal and external project teams, generally consisting of more than 20 resources across multiple countries, while mentoring team members and promoting skill development. Requirements: First-level university degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically, 6+ years of experience in project management, program management, Services, Engineering, Operations, or a related field. PMP certification(preferred) Experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs involving Engineering, Product Management, Operations, PMO, and business stakeholders. Demonstrated knowledge of product development and release processes, preferably within a technology or services organization. Experience managing global teams and distributed resources. Demonstrated success leading change, improving processes, optimizing costs, and delivering outcomes under pressure. Experience with data, telemetry, automation, artificial intelligence, or customer experience improvement initiatives is preferred. Knowledge and Skills: Advanced knowledge of supportability, serviceability, technical program management, change management, and business planning methods. Strong understanding of end-to-end services processes, operational policies, service offerings, tools, and routes to market. Sufficient technical knowledge of HPE products and product release processes to collaborate effectively with technical experts and business stakeholders. Highly developed problem-solving skills,
