Role Overview The Site Merchandising Intern will support the eCommerce team in the day-to-day management and optimization of Tanagra’s online catalogue and site merchandising activities. Key Responsibilities Product Management Manage end-to-end product onboarding, ensuring the timely publication of catalogue backlogs. Liaise with brand teams to request product images. Coordinate with creative agencies to resize and adapt images according to website specifications. Ensure newly created products are correctly published on site. Maintain and update the catalogue tracker. Assist in reviewing and optimizing product tagging. Audit the catalogue to correct product information and complete missing details. Site Merchandising Analyze sales and customer data to support product placement and maximize online sales. Ensure consistent brand presentation across homepages, landing pages, and product detail pages. Support visual merchandising of bestsellers, emerging performers, and new launches based on market performance. Assist in optimizing site tags and meta tags to improve SEO. Support on-site search recommendations and product updates. Adapt and rename product images according to the requirements of external e-tailing platforms What do you need to succeed Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems, Digital Marketing, or similar Proficiency in Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables, etc) Attention to Detail Interest or passion for Ecommerce Operations Analytical and Task-Oriented Emirati Talent & Inclusive Opportunities At Chalhoub Group, we are committed to empowering UAE Nationals and fostering local talent as part of our vision for a thriving workforce.
