Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly. Identify schedule risks, delays, and potential bottlenecks, and recommend corrective actions. Perform critical path analysis and track key project milestones. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams to gather progress data. Prepare planning reports, progress dashboards, and schedule performance metrics. Support resource planning and productivity monitoring. Evaluate contractor schedules and monitor compliance with project timelines. Participate in progress review meetings and provide schedule-related recommendations. Assist in forecasting project completion dates and recovery plans when delays occur.
