Spotify's Global Organic Social team shapes how Spotify connects with audiences across its owned social channels, bringing fans closer to the music, podcasts, audiobooks, and experiences they love. We're looking for a Social Strategy Manager to help grow and engage communities around podcasts, books, and fitness on Spotify. You'll develop social strategies that celebrate creators, connect with fans, and bring cultural moments to life, from major podcast releases and book launches to fitness experiences. As part of our Global Organic Social team, you'll work with Creative, Communications, Marketing, Partnerships, and other teams to turn business priorities into compelling, platform-native social campaigns. You'll balance long-term strategy with timely cultural opportunities, using creative judgment, audience insights, and performance data to shape work that makes an impact.
