You have a proven track record of building and delivering production-grade back-end services, from design and implementation through testing and release, in collaboration with platform and operations teams. You have experience working in regulated or data-sensitive environments (e.g. healthcare, medical devices, finance), where quality, security and compliance shape the way software is built. You have hands-on experience delivering GenAI capabilities beyond proof of concept in production or near-production environments, including LLM integration, RAG and agentic workflows. You understand evaluation, grounding, validation and safeguards required for responsible use in clinical or other regulated settings. You have strong back-end development skills in Java and/or Python, API design skills, and hands-on experience integrating HL7 FHIR APIs and data models.
