Amazon is looking for Software Development Engineers to build the software that monitors one of the world’s largest and most complex networks. Tens of millions of customers rely on Amazon’s network for using our retail websites, accessing content on their Kindles and building applications and businesses on top of Amazon Web Services (AWS). Our success depends on our world-class network infrastructure, and our network depends on our Network Monitoring and Remediation team. AWS Network Monitoring and Remediation owns the systems that detect, diagnose, and automatically resolve impairments across AWS's global network. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud's network healthy. We build the near-real-time probing, telemetry processing, and triangulation infrastructure that continuously measures the performance and availability of every path across the Amazon network. When something degrades, our systems pinpoint the problem in seconds and drive automated remediation, so our customers keep uninterrupted access to the innovation they rely on. We work on some of the hardest problems in distributed systems and observability, operating at a scale where billions of measurements turn into actionable signal, and we're looking for talented people who want to help. You'll join a diverse team of software, network, and systems engineers who partner closely with operations, remediation, and network design teams across AWS.
