The position will require direct hands on technical work (e.g. designing test platforms and test case execution), as well as oversight of software development and test across the program. The Software Integration and Simulation Lead will partner with Systems and Mission Engineering to decompose requirements and Design Reference Missions (DRM) into test plans/procedures, and in parallel lead the development of simulation platforms on which these procedures are run to verify/qualify the system software. You will work closely with chief engineers and program management to ensure solutions meet needs at the program and mission level. Position Responsibilities: Technical ownership of software integration and simulation environments across the program. Primary technical POC for HIL-related functionality/inquiries.
