Software Product Management Intern Description - This opportunity is intended for conversion to a full-time role that will not offer work authorization sponsorship in the future (full-time conversion pending performance evaluation post internship and available headcount). Interested candidates must be currently eligible to work in the US AND must not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. Job Description Join the Collaboration Solutions team within the HP Solutions organization and support product management initiatives for enhancing our software experiences that seamlessly work with our HP and Poly branded collaboration devices for enhancing hybrid workspace experiences for enterprise employees around the world. You will be focused on collecting market and customer insights to ultimately deliver customer value through our Studio software apps and Lens/HP Workforce Experience launches. Responsibilities Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders. Collect market, competitor, and customer insights. Analyze data and translate findings into actionable product insights. Support concept planning and launches for software experiences Help define software requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria. Use AI and analytics tools to improve research and decision-making. Education and Experience Required 3rd year of Bachelor’s program completed or 1st year of Master’s program Must be enrolled full time at an accredited university. Able to obtain work authorization in the United States in 2027, and not require sponsorship in the future. Preferred Majors/Programs Business Administration Marketing Required Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Interest in product management and technology products. Experience with data analysis
