This position is within the Light Division. [Product] Headlamps [Main Responsibilities] Serve as a bridge between Japan and overseas sites, driving project success from a technical perspective. Customer Technical Interface: Lead technical discussions with customers, promoting and proposing standard solutions. On-Site Support: Attend vehicle and bench tests to support on-site identification and resolution of technical issues. Global Communication Optimization: Facilitate smooth collaboration between domestic teams and overseas R&D centers (Foshan, Cairo, Wuhan, etc.) to eliminate alignment gaps. Requirements Definition & Alignment: Analyze gaps between customer requirements and standard specifications, negotiating feasible technical compromises from an engineering perspective.
