Tasks/Duties/Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end Source workstream deployment activities supporting LEGO and Transcend implementations, ensuring business readiness, governance, risk mitigation, and successful value realization.Serve as the Source Value Stream Lead for LEGO, driving alignment across Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Tax, Trade Compliance, and Technology teams.Own supplier readiness strategy, onboarding governance, and compliance activities required for legal entity transitions and deployment execution.Lead Source master data readiness, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities. Drive resolution of critical deployment risks, supplier impacts, and process gaps through executive stakeholder engagement and decision management. Establish and govern Source-related deployment requirements, standards, and business process controls.
