You will have the opportunity developing a career within a very exciting industry in a global company. Responsibilities As a Special Task Coordinator you will be a direct support to the Operations team for planning and execution of the main components replacement and repair operations including subcontractors, parts and tools sourcing and ordering, resource management and optimization and cost management. This role is responsible for ensuring an optimal level of execution of all main components replacement and repair operations and progress reporting to Customer Service Management and the Service Manager: Be responsible for site performance monitoring/CMS alarms that lead to MCR replacement and repairs Weekly calls with all area schedulers (sites, technical support, predictive maintenance, technology) Pre-bundling of all MCR orders Master data management Control and monitoring of utilization factors and optimization Manage implementation of main component upgrades (or assist local teams to do so). Qualifications Prior experience in main component replacement and repairs (not mandatory) Medium level English language Demonstrated leadership capability is essential Competencies Knowledge of and teaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including use of schematic drawings and interpretations Recommended to have experience in inventory control procedures, analytical skills, and trend analysis Customer service skills are necessary Capable of instructing and supporting problem solving situations Ability to monitor performance and capacity Structured approach and business oriented Ability to optimize and improve the planning of service activities on an overall level What we offer Vestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
