Specialist - Account Management Captives (C1) What can you expect? Preparation, review and finalization of accounts, HMRC returns, NAIC returns, BMA statutory filing for relevant, timely and accurate reporting of financial information to stakeholders Mentor and develop technical skills of the new hires in the team Provide inputs to the Manager for specific training needs of the team members Conduct regular refreshers to bridge the knowledge gap and also update the team on recent changes in the policies / procedures and devise ways to ensure retention of information by the team members We will count on you for: Take end to end responsibility of delivery and review of the work done by the analysts and the junior team members. Take accountability of moving all the legacy accounts in the new Captives Accounting platform (GCMS) Take on additional clients within the existing bandwidth. Note: Applicants should be flexible working in 12 PM - 9 PM & 1 PM – 10 PM IST shift – Mumbai Applicants should be flexible working in 12:30 PM – 9:30 PM - Pune What you need to have: Captive Insurance knowledge GCMs and Service Tracking knowledge Vermont Annual Return (VAR) Preparation of Board Pack for Board Meeting Prepare Premium Tax Return TRIA data Filing Prepare NAIC Filing Board Meeting- Present Financial statements in the Meeting Experience in dealing with US, Isle of Man, Guernsey, Dublin, Singapore regulations for client domiciled in these regions 2-3 years of experience in preparation and finalization of accounts. Sound knowledge of accounting principles and practices Prior experience in working in Captives Accounting Production and Reviewer role (Review of Financials) Experience in Audit and Regulatory (respective Domicile) Activities. Has basic knowledge in integrating new clients to accounting system Education: Chartered Accountant or relevant accounting degree / Preferred - CA Inter What makes you stand out?
