As a Senior Associate Process Manager, responsibilities will include identifying solutions to problems and implementing process improvements . This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across multiple functional areas including multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. Knowledge of how to navigate regulatory requirements, as well as the development and management of process controls, will be critical to maintaining a well-managed process. We are seeking a collaborative, highly empathetic team member who actively listens to stakeholder needs, applies emotional intelligence to build trust and drive business decisions grounded in customer impact. General Responsibilities: Leading and owning oversight of smaller process improvement work and collaborating with teammates on larger initiatives Collecting data and information, using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives Identify and drive issue resolution and risk mitigation activities Understanding customers’ needs of the process and driving process improvements Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including creation or updating procedures Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions This role is designated as a hybrid position. You are expected to adhere to Capital One's hybrid policy regarding required on-site presence at your designated office location. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification At least 2 years of experience in Process or Risk Management experience At least 1 year of experience in G Suite Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management, or Project Management certification At this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization, or offer any immigration related support for this position (e.g. H1B, F-1 OPT, F-1 STEM OPT, F-1 CPT, J-1, TN, E-3, and O-1, or any other forms of work authorization that require immigration support from an employer). The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. Plano, TX: $80,800 - $92,200 for Sr. Process Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
