The Opportunity Join the Employee Experience team as a Compensation Business Partner, reporting to Adobe’s Director of Compensation. The role will support the Sales and Tech organization within Adobe. We’re looking for a strategic Compensation advisor who will raise the confidence of HR Business Partners and Managers by educating them on Adobe’s compensation philosophy & practices to help them make the best rewards decisions. You will help measure the effectiveness of our compensation programs to get results and reward great outcomes. If so, then we think you’ll be a successful addition to this team! This role is in the San Jose, CA office. What You'll Own ● Serve as the lead compensation business partner for assigned client groups, providing strategic guidance on compensation-related business challenges. ● Support senior leader decision-making through data-driven compensation analyses and recommendations. ● Partner with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to execute the Rewards Planning process for assigned client groups, delivering a well-governed, efficient, and data-driven compensation planning experience. ● Conduct market pricing and competitive compensation analyses to evaluate the competitiveness of Adobe’s pay programs and provide recommendations for pay range enhancements and annual updates. ● Partner proactively with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition along with Business Leadership to review and develop external and internal offers inquiries. Provide input to compensation program owners to improve compensation programs and ensure programs meet business needs. Offer expertise to key collaborators including Talent Acquisition, Global Mobility, and Rewards operations. What You Need to Succeed Qualifications: 8+ years of relevant experience in Compensation, specifically supporting both Sales & Technical talent Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Required education may be substituted by additional years of experience Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification, a plus Effective presenter capable of delivering data-driven insights clearly to different levels of management Compensation experience in Tech Experience using Radford surveys, job matching, and pay range development Key Competencies: Influences and consults: Builds strong relationships and leads across functions to drive decisions Executes with drive: Self-motivated, multitasks in fast-paced settings, and pairs critical thinking with follow-through Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity Data-driven and detail-oriented: Analyzes data accurately and uses insights to shape decisions Innovates continuously: Improves how things are done and is curious about AI-assisted tools About Adobe Adobe empowers everyone to create through innovative platforms and tools that unleash creativity, productivity and personalized customer experiences.
