Lead complex investigations involving contamination, cleaning, process deviations, and manufacturing issues using structured root cause and problem-solving methods. Develop structural improvements that increase productivity, efficiency, first-pass yield, and overall process capability while reducing contamination-related defects. Lead technical initiatives involving new product introductions, equipment investments, capacity planning, continuous improvement, and manufacturing readiness. Monitor and analyze performance using key performance indicators, statistical process control, Pareto analysis, control charts, and other data-driven quality methods. Develop and qualify contamination control processes for new manufacturing equipment, including installation, calibration, documentation, and process validation. Mentor engineers and collaborate across teams by sharing contamination control expertise, supporting technical reviews, and promoting consistent problem-solving practices. Education and Experience Bachelor’s or master’s degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field. Five or more years of experience in production engineering, process development, manufacturing engineering, or a related environment involving cleaning and contamination control. Strong knowledge of cleaning processes and equipment used for particle and molecular contamination detection, measurement, and analysis.
