Purpose The Sr. Director, IMSC Strategic Programs Deployment owns Global Strategic Programs (GSP) capabilities, scale, and execution across the Global IMSC! They are accountable to drive the process from intake through scoping & business case, mobilization of a team, execution milestones and the hand over to sustainable operations. As the business owner, they will develop & mature standards, tools and playbooks for Strategic Programs including intake, setting up governance & defining workstreams, securing funding, resources and investments and ongoing monitoring to ensure that IMSC’s largest and most complex programs deliver on their targeted outcomes. Program categories will include but are not limited to network footprint changes & product transfers, business integration of acquired companies/new products, emerging issues / reliability, and complex strategic initiatives. They will ensure clear roles & responsibilities, execution according to standards, and reporting KPIs. They will be accountable to lead execution delivery and monitoring, team leadership and development, and will be a member of the Strategic Operations Leadership Team. You will be responsible for: Leading a global team with responsibility for all aspects of Global Strategic Program Execution in accordance with the GSP Framework.
