Job Summary: PayPal is seeking a Senior Director, Product Growth to lead end-to-end growth across our U.S. consumer credit portfolio, including PayPal Credit, PayPal Cashback Mastercard, and Venmo Credit Card. This leader will shape and drive a cohesive strategy spanning customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and lifetime value. Working across the PayPal and Venmo ecosystems, the role will bring together product, marketing, pricing, rewards, channel, and lifecycle strategies to unlock new growth opportunities, deepen customer relationships, improve the end-to-end experience, and drive portfolio health and sustainable growth.
