アマゾン社は、何百万の商品をお客様へ提供し続けることによって、世界的に認知度が高く、グローバルリーディングカンパニ—としての地位を確立しています。また、“地球上で最もお客様を大切にする企業”であり続けるため、日々改善と改革を行っており、それらの業務へ貢献できる経験豊富な人材を求めています。 JCFS（Japan Customer Fulfillment Solutions／オペレーション技術統括本部）は、アマゾンジャパンのオペレーション業務の中核部門として各部門を効率的に連携し、継続的なプロセス改善とイノベーションを通じて次世代のフルフィルメント能力を創造することをミッションとしています。 本ポジションでは、フルフィルメントセンター（FC）における商品の入出荷設備の自動化計画・導入を担うエンジニアを募集します。迅速な配送スピードと低コストを実現するマテリアルハンドリング・在庫システム等の技術開発エンジニアとして、既存FCに加え新規FCの自動化設備の計画・導入に携わっていただきます。 ・グローバルのエンジニアリングチームと連携し、最先端の自動化技術を日本のFCへ導入 ・安全性・品質の向上、フルフィルメントコストの削減、入出荷能力の最大化を推進 Key job responsibilities ・グローバルエンジニアリングチームと連携し、最新技術を継続的に把握して日本へ導入。将来日本に必要な技術要件を整理し、新規技術開発を通じて日本のフルフィルメント能力を継続的に向上させる ・複雑な物と情報の流れを理解し、人と機械を組み合わせ、在庫保管設備に合わせた入出荷設備の創案・設計・開発・導入を行う ・大規模なエンジニアリングプロジェクトにおいて技術的なリーダーシップを発揮する ・設備スペック、モノの流れ、プロセス設計、サイトレイアウト、知的財産を考慮し、最適なフルフィルメントソリューションの設計とイノベーション創出をリードする ・社内チームおよび外部ベンダーとコミュニケーション・ネゴシエーションを行い、短期間で高品質かつ低コストの入出荷方法を実現する A day in the life 朝はグローバルエンジニアリングチームとのMTGで最新の自動化技術をキャッチアップ。日中は担当する入出荷設備の設計レビュー、マテハン・保管設備のスペック検討、プロセス設計やレイアウト最適化を進めます。社内オペレーション部門や外部ベンダーとの打ち合わせで仕様・コスト・納期を調整。週の中では各FCへ出張（約30%）し、現地の設備立ち上げや課題解決を実施。複数部署が関わる大規模プロジェクトで技術的リーダーシップを発揮し、日本のフルフィルメント能力向上を推進します。 Basic qualifications - 5+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience - Bachelor's degree - Experience in Business English skills, both verbal and written Preferred qualifications - Knowledge of AutoCAD, VBA, and SQL at the intermediate level - Experience working with and managing third party vendors - Experience with Six Sigma, lean manufacturing Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
