Job Summary: The Senior Manager, Bank FP&A is a Utah-based leadership role responsible for establishing and leading PayPal Bank’s financial planning and analysis capability. Reporting to the PayPal Bank CFO, the role owns the Bank’s standalone financial forecast, annual operating plan, long-range plan, product profitability analysis, net interest income forecasting, management reporting, and scenario analysis. PayPal Bank is expected to operate as a standalone legal entity with its own governance, financial reporting, planning, and regulatory obligations while leveraging PayPal Inc. and other affiliates for certain services under formal intercompany arrangements. The role retains ownership of Bank FP&A assumptions, performance analysis, forecast governance, and management reporting, while coordinating with Corporate FP&A, Treasury, Controllership, Risk, Credit, Product, Technology, Legal, Tax, and other stakeholders.
