The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 18 to 24 months, subject to legal requirements, including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as may be required, regulatory approvals and other customary conditions and approvals. Job Overview The Senior Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Technology - Logistics is the accountable technology leader for the DePuy Synthes EMEA Deliver domain. The role owns the regional Deliver technology roadmap and ensures that logistics technology capabilities are reliable, secure, compliant, scalable and aligned with DePuy Synthes business priorities, EMEA operational needs and global Supply Chain Technology strategies. The role partners with regional and global Supply Chain, Deliver, Technology, Digital, Architecture, Finance, Quality, Procurement and external logistics providers to translate business strategy into an integrated portfolio of technology investments, operational improvements and transformation outcomes. The Senior Manager balances transformation delivery with uninterrupted business operations and clear accountability for value realisation. Leadership Profile A strategic and pragmatic technology leader who combines business partnership with technical judgement, operational discipline and delivery accountability. The successful candidate is comfortable making trade-offs, creating clarity across organisational boundaries, developing talent and ensuring that transformation produces sustainable, measurable value without compromising service, compliance or continuity.
