Overview The Sr. Manager, Strategy will play an important role within Investor Relations and Finance, helping translate financial, business and market information into clear insights that support effective engagement with the investment community. The Finance job family encompasses financial analysis, reporting and investor relations, providing the foundation for this strategically focused role. This is an opportunity to contribute during a significant period for DePuy Synthes as it prepares to operate as a standalone orthopedics company. Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of the Investor Relations strategy, connecting business priorities, financial performance and external stakeholder communications. Analyze financial results, business performance and relevant market information to identify insights and themes for Investor Relations. Develop clear, high-quality financial analyses, presentations and briefing materials to support investor-facing activities. Monitor external business and industry developments and synthesize relevant information for leadership and Investor Relations planning. Partner across Finance and other business functions to gather, validate and interpret financial and operating information. Help ensure investor-facing financial information is accurate, consistent and aligned with business priorities. Support strategic planning and special projects requiring financial analysis, business insight and executive-ready communication. Translate complex financial and business information into concise, audience-appropriate messages. Contribute to disciplined Finance processes and standards while supporting the evolving needs of DePuy Synthes as a standalone organization. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field required. MBA, master’s degree or other relevant advanced degree preferred. Experience and Skills Required: 8-10 years of experience in Finance, Investor Relations, corporate strategy, financial analysis or a related discipline. Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and operating information and develop meaningful business insights. Demonstrated ability to communicate complex business and financial information clearly and concisely. Strong written and presentation skills, including the ability to develop executive-ready materials. Ability to collaborate effectively across Finance and cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
