Key job responsibilities What You’ll Do: - Lead and grow a team of 10+ TPMs - Drive end-to-end program execution (strategy → launch → flywheel) - Partner with Engineering, Product, UX, and leadership - Own roadmap prioritization and portfolio management - Deliver scalable processes for agility, quality, and execution - Manage executive communication and stakeholder alignment About the team Alexa Connections is a highly distributed team across six Amazon approved sites. We have industry experts in real time communications, computer vision, media processing, consumer facing UX.
