Purpose: The Senior Procurement Specialist leads procurement planning and execution for maintenance, repair, operating, and spare parts materials supporting the Johnson & Johnson Vision Care Jacksonville Campus. This role is the primary operational procurement interface with the integrated supplier and converts approved inventory and asset-care requirements into reliable, compliant, and cost-effective supply solutions. The position also drives strategic sourcing for critical suppliers, strengthens supplier performance and accountability, establishes appropriate quality and commercial agreements, and reduces supply continuity risk. This role complements the Spare Parts & Asset Inventory Analyst, which focuses on internal part strategy, inventory parameters, consumption analysis, and stocking decisions. You will be responsible for: · Own day-to-day procurement execution with the integrated supplier, including priorities, service expectations, escalation paths, and accountability for results. · Approve spare parts requirements into accurate requisitions, purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery schedules while ensuring compliance with procurement policies and delegated authority. · Manage open orders, acknowledgements, lead times, expedites, past-due lines, backorders, invoice or receipt discrepancies, and urgent breakdown purchases to protect manufacturing continuity. · Lead integrated
