## Description

Artificial intelligence (AI) is changing both what customers build as well as what they must defend and how they defend it. Autonomous agents now take actions, access data, and call other systems on their own, creating a new security and identity challenge that every enterprise is racing to understand. At the same time, AI is becoming one of the most important tools defenders have. Together, these shifts represent the biggest change in cybersecurity in a generation. Amazon Web Services (AWS) is investing to lead through that shift. We have long set the standard for security of the cloud, and we are building on that foundation in two directions: helping customers secure their AI workloads, agentic applications, and the identities that AI introduces; and delivering a portfolio of AI-powered enterprise security services that use AI and autonomous agents to help defenders work at machine speed. This role sits at the center of that work. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (PMM) for AWS Security and Identity, you will help define how AWS talks about both a key domain in securing AI and/or using AI to secure, and own the category narrative for a space that is going through one of the most consequential shifts in security. You will work backwards from customer needs to influence product strategy in your domain and partner with product and go-to-market teams to identify the customers who care most, understand their use cases, develop messaging and drive marketing initiatives that help them adopt AWS security services with confidence. If you thrive at the intersection of technology and business strategy, and you want to shape how the world secures the AI era, this role is for you. You will be part of a team that learns together, experiments and iterates, and is building a strong culture along the way. Key job responsibilities * Develop portfolio-level strategy with product management and go-to-market teams, prioritizing how we secure AI and agentic workloads. * Own positioning and messaging for how AWS secures AI applications, autonomous agents, and the human and non-human identities behind them. * Synthesize data and customer feedback to identify key personas, emerging AI-security use cases, and where AWS should invest. * Lead launch strategies and plans — target audiences and marketing channels — for new security and AI-security capabilities. * Develop technical content — presentations, demos, and reference architectures — on securing AI and agentic systems on AWS. * Represent AWS in executive briefings, industry events, and analyst interactions as a leader in security for the AI era. * Align with technical and business leaders on priority AI-security use cases, and drive field enablement for launches and campaigns. Basic qualifications - Knowledge of and experience with cloud infrastructure technologies - Experience communicating complex ideas to technical and non-technical audiences - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, a related technical field or equivalent experience - 6+ years of direct experience working with customers on cloud technology adoption, AND/OR 6+ years of direct experience in cybersecurity, security operations, networking, threat detection, incident response, endpoint, or identity and access management (IAM) Preferred qualifications - Experience developing detailed go to market plans - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - MBA, or Master's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Experience marketing or working with artificial intelligence, machine learning, or agentic technologies, and an understanding of how they change the security and identity landscape - Track record of creating compelling technical demonstrations and reference architectures - Experience presenting to executive-level audiences and industry analysts Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis
