## Description

The Senior PM will drive and manage the strategic operations, including resource planning, strategic planning, and metrics reporting. They will drive the organization's operational rhythm of business and own the organization's most visible documents including annual planning, 3-year planning, and business reviews. Additionally, the Senior PM will own people-driven and communication programs including All Staff meetings. This leader is a strategic partner with Finance, HR, administrative teams, and Stores Leadership. The ideal candidate influences successfully at all levels, thinks strategically with a passion for problem solving, is a strong organizer, takes initiative, and operates effectively across many teams.
