## Description

Job Description Marketing & Communications is rebuilding how it works around AI, and this role helps deliver that change. As a Sr. Project Manager on the Transformation & PMO team, you will lead initiatives that change how a 750-person marketing organization operates: AI-enabled workflows, marketing technology enhancements, redesigns of marketing and communications processes, and the campaigns that depend on them. This is not a coordination role. You will work directly with marketing leadership and partner with MarTech, MarComm, and Product teams. You will map how work happens today, help design how it should happen, and own delivery through adoption. If you want a PM role where process thinking and solution design are part of the job, and where your work visibly changes how a large organization operates, this is that role. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional project teams through planning and execution of large-scale marketing projects, ensuring alignment with business goals Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources across concurrent projects, owning deliverables and dependencies Establish goals and KPIs, monitor progress against them, and proactively address risks, issues, and barriers to execution Facilitate process mapping and cross-functional working sessions to identify bottlenecks and rework, brainstorm and recommend solutions, and translate them into implementation plans with clear owners, timelines, and success measures Develop and maintain scalable, repeatable project management processes and standards Partner with internal customers and teams across MarTech, MarComm, Product, and other business units to understand needs, manage expectations, and keep stakeholders aligned Prepare and present status, performance, key risks, and recommended actions to leadership on a regular cadence, raising decisions and escalations early Drive adoption and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, so delivered work is used and lessons learned are applied Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in project or program management, marketing operations, or a related role Track record of delivering large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines Ability to influence and lead without authority in a matrixed environment Experience working directly with senior stakeholders and leadership Hands-on experience applying Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methods, including process mapping and root cause analysis. Formal certification is not required Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to track progress and identify improvement opportunities Clear, concise written and verbal communication, including executive-ready status reporting and presentations Comfort operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities Customer-service mindset with experience supporting internal clients Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Preferred Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Black Belt training and certification Experience with project management tools such as Workfront Experience in marketing, communications, or corporate strategy and operations function #LI-TV1 New Position: This position is open due to an existing vacancy to support our evolving business needs. What’s in it For You? Hybrid Work Model: We’ve adopted a flexible hybrid working environment for our office-based roles while delivering a seamless experience that is digitally and physically connected. Flexibility & Work-Life Balance: Flex My Way is a set of supportive workplace policies designed to help manage personal and professional responsibilities, whether caring for family, giving back to the community, or finding time to refresh and reset. This builds upon our flexible work arrangements, including work from anywhere for up to 8 weeks per year, empowering employees to achieve a better work-life balance.
