Reporting to the Manager, Reporting & Visualization Lead , this role focuses on the hands‑on development of reports, dashboards, and visual assets across supported analytics platforms. This role designs and builds enterprise‑grade reporting and visualizations across platforms including Visier, Tableau, Power BI, Workday, and Databricks, applying established standards and patterns to ensure clarity, consistency, and reuse. The Reporting & Visualization Builder translates trusted data and analytic outputs into intuitive visual representations used by HR and business audiences.
