Job Title Sr. Sales Rep, IGT-D Job Description Your role: 负责区域内产品的销售工作，提供专业技术支持以满足客户需求； 负责区域内医院的开发和产品上量，对代理商进行有效管理和辅导； 有效执行区域内重点客户的市场策略和学术推广； 与客户建立专业及良好的关系，保持和维护公司形象； You're the right fit if: 本科及以上学历，临床医学（心血管方向优先）、生物医学工程、药学等相关专业背景者优先。 具备2年及以上心内介入（如冠脉支架、起搏器）或外周介入（如外周支架、栓塞器）领域技术跟台及销售经验，需熟练掌握至少一类核心介入产品的操作流程、临床适应症及并发症处理逻辑。熟悉介入产品技术参数、临床优势及竞品差异，能为医生提供精准技术支持，具备器械异常等应急处理能力。 具备区域医院独立开发能力，能完成科室调研、准入推进及产品上量；执行力强，能严格落实市场策略与销售任务；学习能力突出，可快速掌握迭代技术
