Sitting at the intersection of AI research, platform engineering, and product innovation, the team’s work directly shapes how some of the world’s largest organizations will build and deploy GenAI solutions in production. This is a highly collaborative, fast-moving group of 80+ engineers, researchers, and product leaders operating in a flat, high-ownership environment where ideas move quickly from concept to customer impact. You’ll work alongside leaders who helped create breakthrough AI products like Siri and Google Speech while helping define the infrastructure powering the next era of AI adoption. Your Impact Drive the product strategy and execution for a rapidly growing Generative AI platform that is helping enterprises build more trustworthy, observable, and resilient AI applications at scale. Partner closely with engineering, AI research, design, sales, and executive leadership to transform emerging customer needs into impactful products and scalable platform capabilities. Lead end-to-end product development efforts — from defining bold 0-to-1 concepts and product requirements to launching features that improve how AI teams evaluate, secure, and optimize GenAI systems in production. Shape the future of enterprise AI by influencing product direction in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment where success is measured by customer adoption, product impact, and the ability to rapidly turn innovative ideas into real-world outcomes. Distill Galileo customer needs into well-packaged, strategic products Own end-to-end product development by understanding customer problems, defining product requirements, managing development, testing, and launches Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, product design, marketing and sales to ensure products and features successfully land. Partner with the Platform and AI research teams to convert experiments into scalable features delivering high value for AI teams. Keep a pulse on the fast-growing generative AI market to conceptualize new ideas that enable users to build trustworthy GenAI systems Work with founders and exec leaders to determine, maintain and implement the product strategy of the business Minimum Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or related experience. 10 or more years of experience in deep platform engineering and product management Experience in building GenAI tools / infrastructure including extensive experience with coding / design agents Experience leading a complex product area from 0 to 1. Experience in user experience tools (such as Figma) and ML concepts. Preferred Qualifications Experience operating in a very fast-paced environment and extremely comfortable with ambiguity Excellent communication and presentation skills Why Cisco?
