Job Summary: The role drives horizontal AI operations and enablement across the organizations it supports, helping teams advance AI efforts in alignment with the Chief AI Transformation & Simplification Officer’s strategy. It builds the operating mechanisms that connect horizontal organizations with the people, capabilities, and resources they need to adopt AI, while supporting program management for priority initiatives. The role works closely with initiative owners and partners across the horizontal organizations, the AI Acceleration team, Finance, Engineering, and other parts of PayPal. It coordinates enablement activities and forward-deployed AI pods, tracks progress and dependencies, and helps resolve cross-team issues. The role also maintains a central view of AI efforts across the AI Acceleration team and provides consolidated updates for leadership.
