The Role At Tinder, our Recs, Revenue, and Engagement teams play a mission-critical role in shaping the core user experience by helping people "spark something new with someone new" through personalized recommendations, bringing users back at the right moment, and making sure they succeed once they're here. As Senior TPM, you will drive high-impact, cross-functional programs across these three teams while keeping each team's day-to-day operations running smoothly. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Analytics, along with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Localization, to bring structure to rapidly evolving plans and priorities, resolve dependencies before they become blockers, and deliver incredible user experiences at global scale. Where You'll Work This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three days per week. This position is located in Los Angeles, CA or Palo Alto, CA.
