## Description

Our team is building new Enterprise system landscape with SAP S/4HANA implementation. You will help design and deliver an ERP that connects finance, accounting, supply chain, procurement, and the shop floor into a single digital thread. Key job responsibilities - Drive end-to-end delivery of programs for our SAP S/4HANA implementation. fit-to-standard design through configuration, integration, testing, and cutover, owning the schedule, scope, cross-workstream dependencies, and risks. - Serve as the program's point of coordination across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, and external system integrators, keeping workstreams aligned to an integrated delivery plan. - Manage the system-integrator and vendor relationship day to day (statements of work, deliverables, milestones, and quality), holding partners accountable to their commitments. - Own the mechanisms that keep the program on track: the integrated master schedule, RAID logs, status narratives, and business reviews. - Drive requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions to closure, surfacing trade-offs and escalating the right decisions at the right altitude to keep delivery moving. - Plan and lead data migration, testing, training, and cutover/go-live readiness, owning the criteria that determine when the business is ready to transact on S/4HANA. Basic qualifications - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - 8+ years of experience building/running Enterprise Resource Planning systems Preferred qualifications - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status.
