Come join us and help shape a safer, simpler digital future. 1Password is looking for a Staff GTM Engineer to join our Revenue Operations (RevOps) team and design, build, and scale Artificial Intelligence (AI)-powered workflows across sales, marketing, and Customer Success (CS). You’ll connect business strategy, analytics, and engineering to turn go-to-market challenges into reliable solutions that improve efficiency, intelligence, customer experience, and cost to serve. Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations, this role is remote in the United States or Canada. How we’re using AI today Across GTM, we’re transforming the way we work with AI. We expect every seller, CSM, and team member to become a power user, using it daily to work smarter and move faster. AI is already embedded in how we operate – from real-time coaching that sharpens how we sell and interact with customers, to surfacing insights that help us anticipate needs – creating more time for meaningful customer engagement. Note: All go-to market roles will have an in-person onboarding in Toronto. What we're looking for: • Experience applying business strategy to go-to-market challenges, whether in Revenue Operations, sales, consulting, or a related function. • Analytics experience in data, go-to-market, marketing, solutions engineering, or a similar field, with the ability to turn insights into action. • Strong technical experience with Python, Structured Query Language (SQL), Application Programming Interface (API) integrations, and automation across Software as a Service (SaaS) tools. • Experience applying AI to business workflows, governance, infrastructure, or operational processes. • Understanding of data enrichment, revenue automation, sales intelligence, and the systems that support sales, marketing, and Customer Success teams. • Experience with tools such as Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, 6sense, Demandbase, LeadIQ, Instantly, Smartlead, Zapier, Tableau, Looker, Qlik Sense, MicroStrategy, Domo, ThoughtSpot, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, or Outreach. • Experience deploying internal tools or applications using platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Retool, Streamlit, Slack bots, Git, vector databases, or similar technologies.
