Provide technical direction during major incidents and coordinate engineering analysis across internal teams, vendors, and service providers. Establish expectations for network observability, operational readiness, troubleshooting procedures, resiliency testing, and support documentation. Analyze incident, problem, performance, and capacity trends to identify systemic risks and prioritize engineering improvements.
