You'll solve hard technical problems with real autonomy and direct customer impact What you'll do Define and drive product design vision for your area, from first sketch to shipped product, in partnership with product and engineering. Collaborate with product managers to scope design requirements, and build lean project plans that leave room for research, exploration, and testing — not just execution. Research, understand, and advocate for user needs at every stage of product development, translating complex financial workflows into approachable experiences. Lead end-to-end design across desktop, mobile web, and native app experiences, working closely with engineers through critical moments of the process and a smooth handoff. Partner with cross-functional teams, including the design system team, to explore and deliver solutions that hold together as a system, not just as individual screens.
