You will own a consequential area of our safety charter: reducing the prevalence and impact of policy-violating actors and content on Tinder. You will set direction across detection, prevention, remediation, and enforcement, and sustain it across multiple related initiatives. Where you'll work: This is a hybrid role and requires in-office collaboration three times per week in our New York or Los Angeles offices.
