The primary role of the Senior Technical Consultant is to work closely with customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions. The consultant is responsible for designing, configuring, developing, and implementing platform capabilities, while leading the successful delivery of the solution. Key Responsibilities: Primary focus areas: ServiceNow ITSM, ITIL, ITAM, IRM, ITOM/CMDB & GRC Other focus areas: HP Service Manager, BMC/Remedy, SaaS Solutions, Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) Leading and facilitating functional design workshops, including the creation of design specifications based on out-of-the-box functionality and customer requirements Partnering with customers to understand, analyze, and translate business requirements into effective ServiceNow solutions Leading technical delivery, including solution design, configuration, development, testing, and implementation Demonstrated leadership capability in directing small technical or cross-functional teams within complex solution environments. Collaborating with Pre-Sales and Technical Architecture teams to support client presentations, workshops, and technical discussions Hands-on technical implementation using technologies such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, and integrations (Web Services, SOAP, Email, MID Server, etc.) Your Expertise: Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in the design, development, and deployment of solutions on the ServiceNow platform, with strong expertise in platform capabilities, scripting, and integrations. Equivalent experience with other enterprise ITSM platforms will also be considered. Minimum Required Skills Experience in delivering creative solutions to business challenges, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITIL) processes, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Solid understanding and hands-on experience with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript/AJAX, including developing integrations on the ServiceNow platform using Web Services,
