As a Global Strategic Buyer IT/OT, you will shape sourcing strategies, build strategic supplier partnerships, and help deliver innovative technology solutions. What you will do: Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for IT/OT categories, aligning procurement activities with business priorities and technology roadmaps. Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and relationship management to drive value, innovation, and supply continuity. Partner closely with IT/OT leadership, vendor management teams, and business stakeholders to understand demand, shape sourcing decisions, and support digital transformation initiatives. Drive cost optimization, total cost of ownership improvements, and sustainable savings programs across assigned spend categories. Lead global, cross-functional projects focused on standardization, automation, process improvement, and procurement excellence. Establish and monitor supplier performance metrics, scorecards, and governance frameworks to ensure quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. Champion procurement process transformation, change management, and best practices across global operations. What we are looking for: Proven experience in strategic procurement within complex international and matrix organizations, ideally focused on IT, OT, technology, or digital categories. Strong expertise in sourcing, supplier management, tendering, contract negotiations, and procurement strategy development. Demonstrated experience negotiating software licenses, hardware agreements, IT services, and consulting contracts. Ability to analyze spend, market intelligence, and business requirements to develop effective sourcing strategies and deliver measurable value. Experience working with procurement and ERP systems such as SAP and Ariba. Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across global teams and senior leadership. Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Legal Studies, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience delivering successful procurement outcomes.
