You will give an administrative support to operations leadership team. You will facilities request follow up. You will follow up purchase requisition and suppliers. You will participate in engagement activities coordination with employees. You will follow up purchase requisition and suppliers. You will follow up and identify improvement facilities initiatives. You will generate reports and presentations for the leadership team. You will participate in production meetings and improvement projects. You will contribute to the creation and monitoring of reports (KPI´s, daily production, daily consumption). How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience: You are in your last semester or year of the degree. You are studying Aeronautics Engineer, Industrial Engineer, Business Administration. You have a advanced level of English. You manage Office Package - in an Intermediate proficiency You have knowledge of Power BI ,communications skills, Be proactive and initiative.
